The Raleigh area has been consistently voted one of the top five metro areas in the USA to live, work and play. In addition to being the home of the State Capitol and three of the major, leading institutions of higher learning, the Triangle area has the highest concentration of PhD’s in the U.S. In February, 2007, Forbes Magazine named Raleigh as the best place in the Nation to get a job. The Triangle market is one of the best for commercial real estate investing as well as corporate relocations.
