Administrative Assistant

This is an exciting position in the fast-paced field of commercial real estate! The position includes performing many types of client projects, including but not limited to creating proposals, brochures, compiling presentations on properties, as well as many other diverse tasks. The position also includes tracking projects and seeing them through completion, as well as managing time and prioritizing to get each project done before the deadlines.

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Administrative experience required

• Experience in Accounts Payable welcomed
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Hardworking and motivated
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to work hard and have fun!
