Spring, 2008 Broker Fourm:

On May 13th, 2008 Sperry Van Ness will hold its next broker forum for the Raleigh-Durham market at the Brier Creek Country Club. The Sperry Van Ness broker forum is an invitation only event attracting the top brokers from the Triangle area to meet for breakfast, network, and market their listings.

The agenda will kick off with remarks from a panel of commercial real estate experts. Following this, all participants will have the opportunity to present their listings to the group through a moderated power point session.

This format encourages cooperation and collaboration between brokers and provides another example of how Sperry Van Ness' approach to marketing engages the entire brokerage community. Many deals have been made at our past forums and we are looking forward to what unfolds on November 6th. Fall, 2007 Broker Forum:

On November 6th, 2007, Sperry Van Ness held its 4th semi-annual broker forum for the Raleigh/Durham market. The event kicked-off with remarks from Bob Hukill, one of the area's leading economic development experts. This was followed by presentations of current listings by many of the attending brokers via a moderated PowerPoint session.
